More quote requests in 60 days, or you don't pay the balance.

The promise

If your site doesn't get more quote requests per 100 visitors in the 60 days after the walkthrough than it did before, we refund the balance you paid at the walkthrough. We keep working on it for free until your new page beats your old one. Your monthly plan doesn't start until it does.

Why we can promise it

The work changes the things that make people leave without asking for a price:

• Your page loads fast on a phone (Google's "good" mark: the main content shows in under 2.5 seconds).
• One "get a quote" button on the first screen, repeated down the page.
• A short form with 3 or 4 boxes, plus tap to call and tap to text.
• Your reviews and real job photos near the top, where people decide.
• Every request reaches your phone or your software in under a minute.

How we count it

• What counts: quote requests per 100 site visitors. That means form sends, plus taps on your call and text buttons from the site.
• Before: your last 90 days, if your site already has analytics or a form inbox. If it doesn't, we add tracking first and measure for 2 to 4 weeks before anything changes.
• After: the first 60 days after the walkthrough.
• Where you see it: in your own analytics and inbox. We send you the numbers on day 60, and you can check every one.

Your part

1. Keep the changes and the tracking in place for the 60 days.
2. Give us access to your site and Google profile within 7 days of paying the deposit.
3. The site needs at least 300 visits in the 60 days. If it gets fewer, the window runs longer until it reaches 300.

If we miss

• We refund the balance within 7 days of the day-60 check.
• We keep working for free until your page beats the old one.
• Your monthly plan doesn't start.
• The deposit you paid to start covers work already done: the written plan, the tracking and the build. You keep all of it.

Other promises

• Missed-call text-back: every missed call gets a text in under 60 seconds, once the phone carriers approve your number. If it doesn't, that month is free.
• Google profile: complete and matching on Google, Yelp, Bing, Apple and Facebook within 7 days of getting access. If not, that part is free.
• Your accounts: your site, domain and Google profile stay in your name. If you stop paying, your site keeps working.

The monthly plans

• The optional monthly plan (Care or Full Engine) starts on day 60, and only if the promise above was met.
• Cancel any month with one email. There's no fee to leave and no long contract.

What we won't promise

• Page 1 or #1 on Google. Nobody can promise that and mean it. Google says so too.
• A set number of signed jobs. We can get more people to ask you for a price. Closing the sale is yours.

Franchise owners (Lead Leak Fix)

The text-back and Google profile promises above apply. If your franchise agreement doesn't allow a piece of the work, we leave it out and take it off the price before you pay.
