Maybe. It depends on your agreement. Before anything starts, we send you a one-page summary of the work for your brand's marketing team. If they say no to a piece, we leave it out and take it off the price.
We only touch what you're allowed to change: a phone line you control, your own inbox, and your Google listing if you have access. We never touch the corporate website, ads or tracking numbers.
Then we leave that alone. Customers shouldn't get two asks. We focus on missed calls, fast replies and old estimates.
Your agreement decides that. We use your list only for your location, never share or pool it, and delete our copy when we stop working together.
No. There's no contract. You can pay once for the setup and own it, with no monthly bill. Or add monthly care from day 60, only if your numbers went up, and cancel any month with one email. Your site, domain and Google profile stay yours.
We write them in your voice, and you approve each one before it goes out. Texts only go to people who called you or said yes to texts.
The call is 10 minutes. If you go ahead, your part is about 45 minutes in total: 15 to give us access and 30 to walk through the finished work. We do the rest.
